Office Development
Lisburn, Co Antrim

Work was completed in March 2006 on the design & fit out of 27,000 ft2 of office accommodation for the Northern Ireland Public Prosecution Service.

Situated on the top two floors above Lisburn’s new Library building, the offices are the first in a series of PPS schemes to be decentralised from Belfast City centre.

The client placed a strong emphasis on providing a working environment which was pleasant, environmentally friendly, energy efficient and low maintenance. These aspirations were largely achieved through meticulous spatial planning, careful selection of building materials, natural ventilation, solar shading and automatically controlled lighting schemes.

The accommodation consists of a mix of open plan and individual office spaces, with all the necessary support facilities in close proximity.
